Intern to FTE during peak Covid-19 pandemic.
Worked on multiple surfaces of Webex Contact Center.
Working closely with Design system designers, PM's, Architects and Engineering.
Validated required decisions remotely using user-tests.
Effective contribution in AI based features on supervisor surface.
